receiving guests in Bad Salzhausen since the early 19th century. It is
the medical property of the brine, which has made this location famous.
Already in the twenties of the 19th century the chemist Justus Liebig
certified this wondrous salt-containing water that dwells deep under
this spa a healthy effect. Bad Salzhausen is one of the oldest
saltwater spas in Germany. Because of this long tradition we are very
careful with this gem, which is only 60 kilometres away from
Frankfurt/Main. The place is small and it is important to retain its
unique charm.
The major part of the area consists of parkland. No city traffic
disturbs the peace; no hectic activities spoil the harmonious picture
of this place. Calmness and tranquillity invite the guest to breathe
freely, help him to spend his time in a superb landscape and offer what
a lot of people are looking for in these days: a niche in which they
